Automatically generated data

Log file information is automatically collected when visiting our website. Such information includes browser type and version, the operating system used, the so-called referrer URL (i.e. the previously visited website, if you have accessed our website through a hyperlink), and date and time of accessing the webpage. This data cannot be assigned to certain persons. We do not link it with other data sources. Your system’s IP address will not be stored.

The data collected is exclusively used for the anonymous analysis of user behaviour, aiming to improve our website. No individual user behaviour will be analysed.


Our website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your end device by the browser. They do not cause any damage and do not allow for your identification. We use cookies in order to ensure that our offer is user-friendly.

Training offers

You may book or request trainings via our website. For this, we collect your name, the company name, company address, email address, phone number, country, and name, email address and phone number of further participants. Your data will be retained for the duration of the business relation. It will be deleted three years from the last contact at the latest.

Web analysis

Improving our offer and our website (legitimate interest) is a major concern to us. We value our users’ privacy and, therefore, we pseudonymize your user data.


On this website data are collected and stored for marketing and optimisation purposes using Piwik (, an open-source software enabling visits to the website to be analysed statically. All visitor data is stored using an anonymous user ID and can be used to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the visitor’s local browser cache. It is possible to use these cookies to recognize a visitor’s browser. Data collected using Piwik will be stored on a server in Germany. These data will not be used to determine the personal identity of a website visitor, and will not be compiled with personal data relating to the person referred to by the pseudonym, unless agreed to separately by the person concerned. For this purpose, the IP address will be anonymised before it is stored.

Social Networks

Our website contains links to external social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn (“Social Plugins”). By clicking on these links, plugins of the relevant networks will be activated and your browser directly connects with their servers.

If you are logged in to the network via your user account at the same time, the network may collect information that you visited our website. Our website exclusively transmits data by means of encrypted connections. Transmission is effected via HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) which safeguards confidentiality and integrity in the communication between web server and web browser.
